Limited Warranty

The products manufactured by Feher Machine & Manufacturing Inc. (herein known as Feher) and supplied by any authorized distributors are warranted to our customers to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. The hose end fittings are warranted not to leak for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The liability of Feher is limited to the purchase price of any product(s) proved defective, or, at the option of Feher, to the repair or replacement of the product.

All users of the products of Feher are solely responsible for the uses or applications of the products and we recommend that all users independently determine the suitability of the products for their own particular needs.

This warranty is in lieu of, and excludes, all other warranties, expressed, implied, statutory, including, but not limited to, the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
